Shipping and Return

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders that are in-stock are processed Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM EST. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

 

Please allow up to 6 weeks for pre-order items to process. Please note that delays in shipments are not eligible for refunds. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately to ensure that your in-stock purchases reach you sooner.

 

Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $250.

 

International Shipping: International shipping is offered for a fee.

 

We are based in the United States. For orders shipped internationally, recipients are responsible for any import taxes and customs duties.

 

We cannot estimate the amount of customs duties you will have to pay. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We take no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to initiate a return within 10 days from the delivery date.

 


Returns are permissible under the circumstance that all the following conditions are met:

 

  • Your return request is within 10 days from the delivery date
  • Maintain the products in their original, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The items were purchased at their regular price. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • The products are shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Initiate the return shipment within 10 days from the authorized return date.

 

If the outlined conditions are not fulfilled, the package will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

 

Please be advised that we cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.

 

Note: Non-returnable items include gift cards, swimwear, and intimates.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

– Within 10 days from the date of delivery, please request your return by sending an email to return@dianamarcela.co with:

 

  • Order number
  • Detailed item description (code, color, size)
  • Reason for returning the item

 

– Once the return request has been completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed

 

– Securely pack the product in its original box

 

– Coordinate a pick-up with the carrier or drop off the package at the nearest UPS or FedEx location.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

Regrettably, we cannot facilitate exchanges.

 

If you desire a different product, please initiate a return for your current merchandise and proceed to make a new purchase through our website.

 

 

REFUND

 

As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method and/or another credit card.

 

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.

 

Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Upon request, we can return these items to you in their current condition.

 

 

REFUND TIMING

 

The time required for funds to be accessible in your account can vary depending on the chosen payment method;

 

  • Credit cards: up to 7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: within 72 hours
  • Store credit: within 24 hours

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you with the same value as the product.
